Before you order
Can I take the photo on my phone?
Yes. Every print starts as a phone photo. Light your eye from the side with a second light, hold the camera close, zoom in 2x or 3x and tap the iris to focus. The photo guide above shows what works and what doesn't.
What if my photo isn't sharp enough?
We check every photo before we make your proof. If it won't print well, we tell you exactly what to retake. Nothing is printed until you approve.

What if I don't like the proof?
Ask for a change, or don't approve it and get a full refund. You'll have your proof within 24 hours, made by hand.
Can I put several people's eyes in one print?
Yes: partners, children, parents, friends. A print holds up to 5 irises from 50 × 70 cm. Smaller sizes fit fewer: 2 on 20 × 30 cm, 3 on 30 × 40 cm and 4 on 40 × 60 cm, so every iris stays large and sharp. The price is set by the size, not the number of irises. Upload one photo per iris.
