Every Specullar piece is made from your own eye, so we make sure you never take a risk when you order. Here are our two guarantees.
1. Love-it-or-refund guarantee
Within 24 hours of your order, we send you a digital proof of your finished artwork. Nothing is printed until you approve it. If you don't love your proof, you get a full refund. No questions asked.
2. Your-photo-will-work guarantee
Not sure your photo is good enough? If your photo can't produce a great result, we'll tell you within 24 hours and help you retake it, or refund you in full.
After your piece is printed
If your print arrives damaged or defective, we'll print and ship a replacement free of charge. Just email us at studio@specullar.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue.
